Open to Unifor members 35 years old and under.

Local unions are encouraged to promote this session with their young workers committees, or any member who is 35 years old or under. Any local union executive member interested in participating as an ally must contact Roxanne Dubois to inquire about space available.

Young workers were already facing a difficult and unpredictable work environment before the COVID-19 pandemic began. Now, the future is uncertain and many young workers are experiencing social and economic impacts.

This session will create space for young workers to learn about our union's response to the crisis, share experiences and discuss solutions for the future. In particular, topics for this session will include:

• Available mental health supports for young workers and their families
• Supporting each other and our communities
• Organizing and mobilizing in difficult times
• Union resources and tools
