Open to all Unifor members.

Throughout the pandemic, racism was front and centre in the media. Still, the reality is too many Black, Indigenous and people of colour have had to live with the negative impacts of racism on their mental health for their whole lives. This webinar will provide some resources for dealing with the stress, anxiety, and the overall emotional toll racism plays on peoples mental health. This webinar will have Black, Indigenous and People of Colour mental health specialists speak to tools for both those impacted by racism and those who live with the privilege not to experience racism. These tools and resources will assist union members in working towards mental health wellness collectively.

This workshop will be hosted online through Zoom.  Participants will be emailed information on how to join. You must RSVP.
