Since the start of the COVID-19 crisis, many members have questions about the health and safety protections they have in the face of dangerous working conditions. This webinar session will outline how the Occupational Health and Safety Act in your jurisdiction entitles all workers to three rights:

• The right to know about health and safety matters;
• The right to participate in decisions that could affect their health and safety;
• The right to refuse work that could affect their health and safety and that of others.

Workers have a right to refuse when they believe that their work will endanger their health or safety, or that of others.
