Federal Pay Equity Program for Committee Members

Prerequisites: Participants must come from Federally regulated workplaces or represent members who do.

Participants must be elected or appointed members of a Pay Equity Committee and have approval from their local union president to attend.

Description: This online 3-day program will provide Federal pay equity committee members with the information, skills, and tools needed for their role. The pay equity process can appear overwhelming, but we are confident that participants will feel ready to take it on after our training. 

 Program Duration: 3 Days

Thursday, October 27 and 28th  (Day 1 and 2) and  Friday, November 18th (Day 3)

Important Note: Our program runs on Zoom and starts at 11a.m. ET and runs until 4p.m. each day to accommodate participants from coast to coast. You will receive an email with more details prior to the course.
